Sorry about the lateness guys and gals, it's been a wild and wacky week. Hopefully now that my schedule isn't bouncing around I'll be able to get some work done on the comic. For that last week, it's been work and sleep and that's pretty much it.. I hate when that happens, because this arc was so well planned out. As Ian Malcolm said: Life kicked the comic in the teeth. Or something..
ON TO THE COMIC: The idea behind this parallel universe is that Mort and Posey have been together for roughly two years starting after the Dreamers arc. I wanted to make this more of a plot point, but it started to get a little extraneous. I needed a quick background I thought to put a panel from SA 074. Looking back on that one, I actually still like the coloring for that one. That's rare.

This one is a little hard to read. I had trouble keeping up with who was saying what. You might consider balloon placement a little differently. Just a thought.

So let me get this straight. The Shaven Mort is implying that he went through the same process Mort is going through right now?

No, shaven Mort is saying he would be incredulous too, had he and Posey never started dating. If he and Posey hadn’t gotten together two years ago, he and stubbly Mort would think the same.
