Part three of the this year's Halloween arc. Unless you count that first one with the kids. Then it's the fourth page. But I don't count that one. It's page zero. So yeah..
We first wrote this thing very simple. It was just "Hey let's turn them into monsters and have them destroy the city!" But then when I started laying things out and John started writing the detailed script, we found that there was about two pages there for a five page arc. So that's where General Lloyd and Dr. Guy came along. They offered that human perspective of about five feet off the ground that was so needed in this kind of thing. Oh, and Garzilla. That was mine.
I'll bet that PikaMort on that doodle comic makes more sense now..

Mort is the least intimidating of the monsters…or is he? Phear is scientific know-how and mousy cuteness!
