It was good that I had a vacation this week. This was a daunting comic. Mort's machinations go on. What is he up to? I'm sure he wants to just destroy the monsters by turning them back right? I'm sure of that. He's going to turn the guys back to normal and the city will be safe and Denver wasn't just atomized. Sure. I'm sure that's the case.
The coloring on this one was great, I had a lot of fun. There were so many layers on this one, ones for the glass tint in front of Denver. I had colors for the lights and the characters over the glass dome were all on their own layer. I think the last time I had something this elaborate was for the clock (not a toaster Jason) flying out the window way back on SA#072. Mort in that last panel was a blast.
