This is the cover that I did for :iconsimplecomics: Christmas arc, A Special Ed Christmas. It’s a comic, I might add that John (the Official Writer of Same Apartment) and I wrote for Simple Complications. This is the version without the text (thus explaining the  blank spot on the side. What I was going for was the opening of Mickey’s Christmas Carol. That woodcutty look has always inspired me.. What I did here was to take the normal colors and then to put a sepia tone on the whole thing to unify it in that old style.  I liked it and the fact it didn’t take like four days to do I had a lot of fun.
