I drew this while watching the Boondock Saints. That probably has to do with the Irish origins of that lighning wielding bad guy up there. He's a new villain who's a mercenary, not caring about the fight between good and bad, just caring about who's paying him. The second there is Raven Allen/Entity in all her emo glory. The two guys at the bottom are Daniel Mackey and Calvin Granger, two detectives partnered up to take care of the vigilantism in the city.
