Big One..

It's been busy here this week for some reason (BRAWL!!), so I've been neglecting the blog. But here's the Same Apartment Black and White numbers three through five!

Number three. These are saving me a lot of time I've gotta say. Posey makes her black and white debut. This one was one of the more simpler ones and originally I thought the joke was a bit cliche. Then I thought why not play with some fonts? I turned out great I think. How do you like it folks?

Yesterday was a blast. There was a tournament down at my local GameStop and the atmosphere was electric. The manager said that it blew the Halo 3 party to bits. I played of course, and despite my best efforts I couldn't get past the first round. I had a good fight though (I would've wiped the floor with him if they'd done their original idea of a Melee tournament). So far I've got most of the characters, using the VS Mode along with my brother. I'm glad it's lived up to the hype, I was a bit worried for a while there. Especially since I had this comic already drawn weeks ago..

It looks like Gar and Mac had the same fun I did.

This one was a fun one. Originally I just had him running from a bee. But what a fun twist that he's running from bee MARIO! hehe *cough. You know, this one is so simple that I'll just leave it at that.

Number two..

Mort goes back to his roots as a set up man. I'm glad I got over this use of Mort as the person just there to deliver the punchline, such as this and this but it's not bad to go back to it every so often. More fourth wall jokes.

Updated Saturdays?

Here we go folks. It dropped. Black and white Same Apartment. Not only that but we're implementing a MWF schedule.

Every time I make a storyline I try to make it something to learn. The Dreamers story was to try colors and imagery. Musing became about coloring backgrounds. Bookingtons was about writing and new places. The Clash storyline was about whether or not to make storylines in the first place. This one is about color again. But this time it's the other side of the coin. While Same Apartment has always helped me color better and better, I wonder if I could go completely without it.. This is that test. I hope it's fun.
